Have two pc, one with a amd 1900+ and one with a 1600+. The 1600 has a
better mother board. If I put the 1900 cpu in the board that had the 1600,
is that enough changes to mess up the activation..? Thanks

Shouldn't be enough on either PC..... however it does depend on how many
other hardware changes you have made on either PC.

I do not believe so. However, doing an XP repair install and a
re-activation is not too complex.
