How upgrade windows 2000 CA to 2003?

We currently have an internal root CA installed on a MS Member Server. Now I want to upgrade it to Windows 2003 Enterprise CA. Is it the right way to just plug in the enterprise cd and do the upgrade?
 
yes, absolutely. The upgrade will be seamless.
