How turn on the 'change case' command in Outlook97?

Even when using Word as the editor, there is no way to use the 'change case'
command or for that matter the thesaurus.
Is this a matter of editing the 'e-mail.dot' template and if so how?
 
Hi I've just installed outlook 2002 (i was using outlook 2000 as part of the
ffice 2000 bundle) from a cd supplied by Xda II which then allows
synchronisation between the Xda mobile phone and my pc outlook. The problem
is that i understand word is the default editor for 2002 but now i cant
access thesaurus through tools. It simply is not there. What do i do to get
it working?
