I am trying to find a location in newsgroups which will allow me to key in

I see you're using Outlook Express. Hit Ctrl-W and you'll get a searchable
list.

However, recognize that the newsgroup may not be on the server. For example,
I use msnews.microsoft.com to access the Microsoft newsgroups, and there are
no non-Microsoft groups on that server.
