goto <tools><options><view> and select none for comments this will hide there
is a comment. If you truely want to lock it out so there is no way for them
to see the comment, it will take a fair ammount of formating and VBA code.
You could create a second workbook for the staff to view. =sheet!1, etc.
This will not show the comments from your "master" sheet. All changes made to
your sheet will be reflected in the new sheet. Protect it to make it read
only.
