How to write text along the circumference of a circle?

D

David F

I am using Office 2000 + SP3.

Is it possible to draw a (transparent of course) graphical circle
and write text inside the circle along the circumference, using PowerPoint
2000?
Maybe using anther tool?

Thanks,
David

Maybe using another tool?
Hello David,
You may find WordArt useful.
"Insert, Picture, WordArt, select wordart style, ok, YOUR TEXT HERE,
ok." Select the shape on the slide and the WordArt dialog appears.
"WordArt shape."
A number of options are available. Some editing curve radius, font
size, font name, etc are needed.
Granted this is a separate shape than the one originally created, but
maybe it can be grouped with the one that is to be labeled inside the
circumference.
Hope this helps by getting around to it.
