How to view PDFs in IE6 with XP SP2

All,

After I installed WinXP SP2 i can no longer view PDF files. Yes, I have
acrobat installed and Ive tried various combinations of allowing and
disallowing popups and changing security settings (though at the moment I
forget exactly which i changed). I have no problem--zero--viewing PDFs using
FIrefox (which is quickly replacing IE for all my work). Does anyone have an
idea of what very simple setting needs to be tweaked in order for me to once
again view PDF files from within IE6.

thanks

Try OE>Tools>options>security, disable the 4th option down.

I'm not certain exactly which option you're referring to but I went into
tools>option>security>internet> and changed a few of the 'disabled' setting
to 'enabled' or to 'prompt' but to no avail. I then reset the security level
from medium to low also to no avail. other ideas?
