How To View Files Of Superfetch Cache In Readyboost Thumb Drive

I have installed a 4gb thumb drive into a usb port for readyboost. The
files in the cache are encrypted .
Is there a program to view the files in the cache?
 
I believe they are encrypted and compressed...
I kinda hope that MSFT does not release the proprietary encryption....I
don't want someone to be able to read the my data, thus the encryption...
