how to view clips with clp extension in XP?

I have several clipart clips on CD. I get an error message if I try to open
any one of them. And in the Folder Options, I do not see any application as
a default opener for clips with clp extension.
Could anyone enlighten me on how to view, save and insert clips form the
clipboard in XP?

open the cd as a folder and save the folders into "my pictures" and then open
the folder there,,, you can see a slide show
 
Sorry, that does not work. It seems that for pictures to be accepted by the
application "My Slideshow" must be 32-bit. If you have any 16-bit pictures
in My Pictures Folder, those will give an Error message.
