How open MS clip organizer

[tjsmags]

When I want to add clipart to a file (using any MS office product, for that
matter), how do I open the MS clip organizer? What is it's path (just for
info sake)?

I already know to just click on the Insert Clip Art icon, but not everything
is listed.
