How to view a PDF file opening as Excel?

I'm stuck using our kid's computer today and I downloaded a PDF file and it
will only open in Excel. How do I change this?
 
Hi
in the Windows explorer you may change the reference to the file
extension
 
Associate the file back to Adobe Acrobat...right click on the file name,
select open with, then chose Adobe Acrobat
 
If you still have your adobe software (download or CD), you may just want to
reinstall it.
