how to utilize mutple network card in windows 2000 adv server

i have dell server with 8 processor and 4 network card i
lk to know how to use all network card to get maximum
through put
 
to do what
if you have Cisco switches you can bond then as one channel
or you can use a 1 card per switch creating vlans
