Hi I have windows 2000 server with service pack 3 with thirty Windows XP pro
act as workstations. This server is also domain controlor. I have added three
network cards. I want to use utilize them so the bandwidth to access of
server has increased. So i want one IP address for all three network cards. I
want them work as a team. If one gets to busy the other network card takes
over. Is there anything in windows 2000 server that can do that or any third
party add-on that can make it go faster.

There is nothing in Windows to do that. It requires special "Teaming Nics"
that come with thier own special software to do this.

None of this will gain any benefit if the Switch involved doesn't work right
with it. You are going to have to research everything to make sure all
involved device work together.
