How to use IF statement in word for puzzle

Hi,

I need to create a puzzle in win word. There is a table having 3 rows and 3 columns. if the 1st row correct value is (for example) 1,2,3 then if i enter 6 it must show a message like "It's wrong". If i entered correct value 1 then it need to show "It's correct value".

The puzzle is like Sudoku but doesn't contain any values in box. if i enter correct value need to show correct and if it's wrong then need to show wrong. this is the concept. Please help.
