Hi Mac,

There's no simple way of linking a form in Excel to Access. It can be
done but requires considerable knowledge of programming Excel and DAO or
ADO.

Access can however easily import data from an Excel worksheet. This
works well as long as the Excel data is carefully and consistently
entered.
