I have set up auto signatures for 2 different email accounts in Outlook via
options.
When I start a new message, it defaults to the server and one signature,
however, when I select the other account at the top of the screen (to have
the email sent by my second account), it does not change the signature to the
correct one for that account.
I know I can deactivate the auto signature and manually insert the correct
signature but wondered if it was possible to use the automatic insert
features for this purpose?
