how to use a power point pen with human hands

please may you show me how to use a power point pen with human hands not a
mouse
 
Do you have a touchscreen monitor? What exactly is it you are trying to
accomplish?
 
As Bill says, you need a touch screen monitor. I have one and the
finger works just like a mouse.
