How to use 1 email account [not default] for 1 contact. Outlook 20

I have two email accounts set up and I want to send messages to one of my
contatcs using the "non default" email account. In particular, I forward 4
business messages each weeek and wish to do this automatically using a Rule.

So, how can I set one contact to use one email account where all the other
contatcs use the default email account?
 
You can't. Contacts don't have a default transport assigned to them.
