Due to lack of free disk space, System Restore suspended itself, saying that
it will wake up once there are 200MB of free space on C:. C: got to have
309MB free space and System Restore isn't restored. Can I restore it without
moving around all of my programs?

The system is WinXP Home.

Thanks,
Tselly

You would be best off by getting a new hard drive or using a third party
application to increase the size of your C partition (if your hard drive is
partitioned in such a way.) If system restore is complaining and all you
freed up was a total of 309 MB - the system is in need of some sort of
overhaul if it is used with any consistency - it is dearly lacking in
resources.

Otherwise - I would lose all of your restore points by turning off system
restore and rebooting then turning it back on. It will make new ones.

Hi,

Having that little free disk space on C:, is not enough for System Restore
to function correctly. Every time System Restore suspends, all restore
points are deleted. You will have to free up disk space or install a larger
hard drive for System Restore to function properly.
