How to unsubscribe this newsgroup?

Now, my mail box is filled with emails from Microsoft, I
want to know how to unsubscribe the newsgroup. Thanks.

First check if these Microsoft emails are not the Swen
Virus E-mails. You can recorgnize by them carrying an
attachment. Microsoft does not send Patches and Updates
etc through email. A newsgroup can only appear in a
newsgroup view if I am right, so not as email in your
mailbox. You can find information about the Swem virus
emails on the major antivirus websites, for instance check
www.trendmicro.com and on teh right you can click Swen or
something like that and you will see a screenshot of one
of those so-called Microsoft emails.

Thanks, But I usually use webmail, how to remove the virus
if there is any? Now, I have to use filter to delete any
emails from Microsoft or MS etc. Is there any final
solutions to stop receiving those emails?
