how to unprotect a worksheet if have no access to password

does anybody know how to unprotect an excell file. This
shared file is password protected and the employee who has
protected the file has left the company. we need to make
some changes to the file. Pls and thanks

Yes, there is a simple Macro available that can find the password to
open the file, unprotect the workbook or unprotect the sheet:

Small-print: please don't try to bypass password protection in anybody
else's file unless you are authorized to do so.
