how to uninstall weather.com

Open IE, go to the right side of the page and find tools then go
Internet Options and type something else in there instead of weather.com.

Or click on "Use Blank".
 
1 Open Internet Explorer
2 go to the internet page you always want to come up 1st.
2 click on Tools>internet options
4. then click "use current"> apply>OK
