How to uninstall security patch

I installed several security patches on my computer in
relation to MS Outlook and i need to uninstall them to get
back to where i was before.

Everytime i try reading an email, it gives a dialog box
saying that someone is trying to access my address book.
When i reply to all, the emails will bounce back, even
with addresss inside our LAN.

When I type in the email address, it works fine.

Please help.
