how to undo a saved file

Does anybody know how to undo a save. I accidently saved
something by the same name and now everything is gone.
PLEASE help!!!
 
Unfortunately, you'll have to go back to a prior saved version. I'm sure
this has happened to all of us at one time or another. My condolescenses.
