How can I undo changes after I hit save?

I made changes in th wrong workbook and saved them. Is it possible to undo
those changes even thought I have clicked on save?

save is irreversable. unless you made a backup copy or the system you are on
has backup, i am afraid that you must "undo" all changes manually.
