How to type labels for christmas cards in Vista/Word 2007 w/Excel

Since I now have Vista and Word 2007 I am having difficulty with preparing
Avery address labels using 8160 labels and data from an existing Excel
workbook. HELP
 
Given the length of time the UK postal services take to deliver mail they
had better work ;)
