How to type document by width on word 2003

I want to do a sign and wish to type a few simpe words in large text but
running width ways on document instead of the normal lengthways. How do I do
this?
 
Do you want to turn the page so that it is oriented "landscape" instead of
"portrait"? In that case, select File > Page Setup > Margins tab. Below
"Orientation", click the "Landscape" icon. Click OK.
