How to turn on Hyphenation permanently?

To avoid turning on the Hyphenation to automatic on each document
individually, is there a way to switch it to automatically Hyphenation
permanently for all documents?

Open your normal.dot(x) template (not by double-clicking on it!) and
make the change there, for all your future documents.
