how to turn on debug mode in outlook 2003

How can we turn on debug mode with logging in outlook 2003? Then, we can
identify the cause of any problem e.g. send/receive, server
connection/timeout error,...etc

1. Click [Tools]-[Options]-[Other]
2. Click [Advanced Options]
3. Check [Enable logging(troubleshooting)]
4. Click [OK] twice.
5. Exit and restart Outlook.
