how to turn off workstation locking

my pc locks up every 15 minutes and the screen saver
option is greyed out.
is there a command I can use to reset the lockout
parameter to more that 15 minutes?

This setting is most likely mandated by a policy in your company, so you may
want to ask your network administrator about this. Chances are, if he's any
good, the answer will be, "Sorry. You cannot/may not."
