How to turn off receiving in Outlook?

I need to turn the automatic feature of Outlook receiving emails off.

I have another program that receives my emails for spam reasons and filters
them and I don't want Outlook to also try to access them from the web.

Thanks

Do not multi-post. See your answer in m.p.o.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Open Outlook

Click "Tools", then "Options". On the "Mail Setup" tab and under the
"Send/Receive" header, click "Send/Receive".

You have two options to choose from, now. If you wish to stop sending and
receiving for the whole group, simply untick the check box under "Setting for
group "All Accounts". Alternatively, you may continue on from here, for
individual accounts.

"All Accounts" (named by default) should be highlighted, then click "Edit".

You can stop sending and receiving from all accounts listed, or make
individual changes for each account. Just highlight each individual account
on the left side. Then, tick the check boxes on said account to determine if
you want Outlook to send and/or receive through that account.
