How to turn off "print both sides"?

When I send a certain section of my Excel Spreadsheet to my hp ink jet
printer the printer prints on both sides of the paper. I don't want this. How
do I turn off the command embeded in that section of my spreadsheet which
tells the printer to print the data on both sides of the printer paper?
