Roady,
thank you for looking into the problem.
I am sure those messages are non-delivery notifications. I managed to
intercept one and it reads as follows:
------------------------
Your message
To: undisclosed-recipients:
Subject: 5.1Òh»OЖW®ИґеЄєіМÐО¤и®Ч.@!(-$
Sent: 1/19/2038 6:14 AM
was deleted without being read on 5/6/2007 11:13 PM.
------------------------
By the way, the "Return read receipt" option is set to "Always ask..."
but
I
have never been asked about sending a receipt for those messages.
Thanks,
Mike
:
Those aren't NDAs but read receipts. You can control them in Tools->
Options-> button Email Options-> button Tracking Options..
Default is to always ask.

in
message I download only message headers from my ISP's mailbox (POP3) and
delete
spam
without downloading messages body. For some of these messages
Outlook
automatically sends non-delivery notifications ("Message was deleted
without
reading...") Is it possible to turn off these notifications?
Thanks,
Mike
