For that you need a Braille typewriter (to produce actual raised Braille).
There is probably a Braille font to simulate the appearance of Braille; see http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Braille+font).
Note that Braille is not simply English spelling put into 6-dot
symbols. It's more like shorthand, with many, many abbreviations.
The various orgainzations that serve the blind provide free Braille
displays (i.e., monitors) and printers to anyone who qualifies; if
you're not blind yourself, that would be the best place to look to
find a supplier and the sort of program that could make one available
to you, or at least help you get one.
