How to transfer outlook contacts from one computer to another?

I have a contact list in Outlook on my PC. How can I transfer all my outlook
contacts to a new laptop I just purchased?

Old Copmputer:
Choose Import/Export from the File drop down menu. In the
Wizard that opens, select Export to a file. In the Export
to a File dialog box that opens choose Comma Separated
Values (Windows). Since you apparantly haven't done this
before, you will be asked if you want to install the
feature, follow through. Transfer the file to the new computer.

New Computer:
Choose Import/Export from the File drop down menu. And
Choose import from another program or file, and follow
through with the procedure.
