How to transfer Franklin Planner data to Outlook.

I'm currently using Franklin Planner software to manage my contacts, but want
to use Outlook instead. Can I export the data? I tested it with one contact
and selected almost every field in Franklin Planner, but only a few of the
fields showed up in Outlook. What am I missing in the export file setup?

Thanks for responding, Judy. I'll list the steps taken and options selected
in each program, then the results in Outlook.

FRANKLIN PLANNER 7.3:

1 - File, Import/Export Wizard
2 - Export to Another Program, Start
3 - Selected desired fields in "Address & Phone Export" box, Next. (I
included name, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, important dates,
just to see which fields would work.)
4 - Selected the single record I wanted to export, Next
5 - Selected format "MS Access", Next. (It seemed to be the only format
common to both the Franklin Planner and Outlook I/E processes. MS Access 95
is the most recent version we have.)
6 - Selected "Finish", message "1 Record Exported" appeared after processing

OUTLOOK 2003:

1 - Files, Import & Export
2 - Import from another program or file, Next
3 - Selected Microsoft Access as the format
4 - Seleted the export file where record is stored as the import file (it
appears automatically in the browse box)
5 - Selected "Contacts" as the destination folder
6 - Finish

When I open the contact that was imported, it notes both the title and name
as Full Name, Company is OK, File As is OK, only 1 e-mail address is
imported, Spouse is OK, Department is OK. No phone numbers and no addresses
and no birthday or anniversary dates.

I hope this is complete enough. Thanks for your help,

Charlotte
