How to Toggle Windows Narrator OFF?

Narrator is not needed on my XP Pro computer. How do I get it turned
off (Not booted whenever PC is rebooted) ?

Press Windows key +U to bring up the utility manager. In the screen that
appears, click on Narrator. Then uncheck the boxes for running Narrator at
startup.
