Hi,

I am running Office Xp on WinXPsp2. I am working on a presentation where I
will be training users about computers. It would be very helpful to be able
to toggle out of an active presentation to the desktop to do some realtime
demonstrations, then jump back into powerpoint where I left off. I would be
toggelig back and forth from PowerPoint and the Desktop.

Any Ideas Appreciated!

Alt key & tab key will toggle what you have running. So start your other
software before you start powerpoint.

The windows key will make the 'start' menu appear

The windows key and E will start windows explorer.

The windows key and M will minimise everything...but sadly not a slideshow

Hi,

The windows key and D will take you back to the Desktop. You can then use
the Alt key & Tab key to return to your running presentation.

Cheers,

Grant.

Nice one. And once you're at the desktop, Windows+D again toggles you back
where you came from.
