How to tell if Hyperthreading is Enabled?

How do I confirm that Hyperthreading is enabled on the latest Intel P4C
processors running under Windows XP pro?

Under the processor listing in device manage there should be 2 processors listed.

Also, in Task Manager you should see two windows under CPU Usage History.
