How to take previous email and put as attachment in new email

I would like to take a previous email and attached it to a new email so my
receiptant can see the first email on a particular subject.
Cannot figure out how to make the first email an attachement so I can then
select it as an attachment on the second or new email?

Left click and hold on the message in your sent items list (or wherever the
message is stored), drag the message onto the open window of the message
you'd like to attach it tt. While holding the mouse over the message body,
you should see a square with a + sign in it next to your mouse. Release the
mouse button and the email will be added to your new message as an attachment.

Thank you so much, can't believe how simple it is. I have tried various way
to save the file etc etc. I even had a client who said I had to save and
really couldn't explain it, guess she didn't want to............
Thank you again, you saved me countless hours of work having to explain
previous email convesations to my boss.
