How to Syncronize outlook in desktop and laptop

I would like to syncronize my laptop with my desktop when i return from a
trip outlook is required all office activity would be better. i don't won't
to use web mail when i travel because of the lack of features. help please i
am an accountant and senior exec I know this is simple but it is killing me.
