How to syncronize MS Project and MS Outlook 2003 - tasks and appts

If at all possible, I would like to know a technique for establishing MS
Project to notify MS Outlook of project's appointments and incompleted tasks.
My goal is to eliminate having to update all the software programs. Once the
project plan is made; an appointment should be automated into my reminders in
MS Outlook. If you know of a way please let me know.

Yep. MS Office Project Server is one way to do it.
