I was able to input data into an access database via a handheld barcode
scanner. the scanner i used died on me and i purchased a new one. Now the new
one will not input data into my access database. The scanner is a Symbol
Pocket PC 8100 and I am connecting to the database via wireless NIC. The
frustrating part is that the Scanner comes with some demo software and the
scanner only activates when these programs are open. The scanner can also
read any barcode I put it up to when im in the demo programs. If anyone has
any sugestions or knows anything that may help please let me know. Also if
you need any more information to assist I'd be more than willing to provide
it.
