How to submit bug report?

How does one go about submitting a bug report to Microsoft for a defect in
the .NET framework v1.1.4322?

I was able to find a site for reporting bugs in the upcoming VisualStudio
2005 but nowhere could I find a way to submit bug reports for any other
product.

Is there a way to submit a bug report for v1.1 of the .NET framework or are
any idiosyncrasies to be treated as features ;)

Normally you can put a "BUG:"-prefix to your subject and post it here with a
description and steps to reproduce.

If you really found a bug then normally one of the MVPs will make an
official bug report.
