I've done many installs of MS Outlook 2000 at my company. Each time I do an install, I configure them to use Exchange server (not internet e-mail)
When configuring Outlook for the users, sometimes Outlook will remember the username, password, and domain name, and other times it will prompt for the info every time Outlook is opened

How do I get it so it will remember this info
What causes it to sometimes happen this way?

What operating system are you installing them on? What version of Exchange?
On WinNT/2000/XP machines if you have the authentication in the Exchange
Server Service set for "NTLM" (If I recall correctly) it should use the
users's network logon account as the Exchange account and the user should
never be prompted.
