How to stop Windows Media Player ?

Hey.

When I try to burn a CD with some burning-cd-programm, I get the error
message: "The CD player or Windows Media Player programm is running. It will
interfere with the recording process".

How do I stop Windows Media Player programm from running in the background ?

I am using Vista home premium.

Right click the 'Taskbar' > click 'Task Manager' > select the 'Processes'
tab > look for the image name 'wmplayer.exe' > right click it and click 'End
Process'
