How to stop the Local Group Policy apply to Administrator?

It's too complicated. What if the policy is changed and if I have many many
users? And is it applicable to Windows 2003 Server ?

What i need is a sample way. I just modify policy as usual, and the policies
is applied only to all the users except me.

Save you registry.pol before making an updated one. I just did this to 50
new computers at school. It works on 2003 too.
