Whenever I go to certain sites, a popup warning message will pop up warning
me something to the effect about some of the information being secure and
not secure, do I want to proceed. How can I stop that? I've looked at all
the option settings and cannot find anything resembling that item.

IE6 with latest updates, Windows XP Pro.

When you go from secure page to non secure page, IE tells you that you doing
that. If you want to turn this warning message off, go to Tools > Options >
Advanced. Scroll down to the Security and uncheck "Warn if changing between
secure and non secure mode". Close all browswers.

Hi,

While it would be helpful to know the exact dialog message, try the
following:

Open Internet Explorer.
Click on Tools, then select Internet Options from the drop down list.
Click on the Advanced Tab.
Scroll down to the Security header and uncheck the following:
'Warn if changing between secure and not secure more'
'Warn if forms submittal is being redirected'

If the above doesn't help, please post back with the exact wording of the dialog
text.

Regards,

Altrus

Warren,

That option had already been unchecked. When I checked the M/S support
site, it mentioned this item but the fix was supposed to be in SP1 which was
already installed.

The actual message is as follows:

"This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display
the nonsecure items?"
Choices are Yes, No, More Info

Any clues?
