How To Stop Outlook From Using Personal Folders

Hi,

I hope this isn't a stupid question.

My company recently switched us over to IMAP for e-mail. We now have
IMAP folders in our Outlook e-mail and we can check the same messages
on a secure web site from any location.

While I like the change, my Outlook insists on continuing to bring my
new messages into the "Personal Folder" Inbox and store my sent
messages in the same Personal Folders sent mail box. These are the
folders we used BEFORE IMAP.

I am now forced to drag my sent messages and inbox item to the IMAP
folders to get them to IMAP instead of Outlook realzing I am now using
IMAP and to stop using the Peronal Folders for Inbox and sent messages.

There has to be a way to tell Outlook to stop using the old folders,
but even my IS guys don't know the answer. So, I have two sets of
folders and keep having to manually move things to IMAP.

How do I remedy this?

Hi,

I have Outlook 2003 and there is no "services" under the "tools" menu
nor do any of the other menu item have either "services" or "delivery"
as options to select. Am I looking in the wrong place or is this in a
different place in my version?
