how to stop outlook from blocking hyperlinks

Everytime I try to send a hyperlink or some other attachments Outlook stops
it. This is driving me crazy Where and how do I change the settings to
correct this

Don't send a link as an attachment. Copy and past the shortcut into the
body of the message.

Thanks Brian, Thats pretty simple. Is there a setting somewhere in Outlook to
change that feature. I also get some links blocked that people are sending
me. I send links back and forth between my office mail and my private.
